be disagreed about の解釈の仕方

C.S. ルイスの “Mere Christianity”に以下の文があります。

One of the things Christians are disagreed about is the importance of their disagreements.

本文の主語 One of the things Christians are disagreed about の構造を教えていただけないでしょうか。

One of the things (which) Christians are disagreed about と考えたとき、
関係代名詞を外すと Christians are disagreed about one of the things という文になりますが、
disagree は自動詞なので Chiritians are disagreed が成立しないと思われます。

正しい解釈の仕方をご教示いただけると幸いです。
